Cancellation Policy – Vastu Sukhaya

At Vastu Sukhaya, we value your time and trust. We also dedicate significant effort and preparation for every consultation and report. This Cancellation Policy explains the rules for canceling or rescheduling a booked service.

1. Consultation Bookings

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time – Clients may request rescheduling at no extra cost.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of consultation – 50% of the service fee will be deducted as a cancellation charge.

• No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled time – No refund or reschedule will be provided.

2. Report & Service Orders

• Once a report, chart, or remedy preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

• If cancellation is requested before work begins, a 90% refund may be issued (10% deducted as processing fee).

3. Plan & Design Services

• Due to the complexity of planning and design, cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of order placement.

• After 12 hours, no cancellation will be possible as work may already be in progress.

5. Refund Timeline for Eligible Cancellations

• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Important Notes

• Services are time and effort-based, hence full refunds are not possible after work has started.

• Vastu Sukhaya reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations in rare cases of emergency. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduling at their convenience.
