At Vastu Sukhaya, we provide Astrology, Vastu, and Numerology consultations primarily through digital delivery. This policy explains how we deliver our services and reports after an order is placed.

1. Mode of Delivery

  • Consultations: Delivered online via phone, WhatsApp, email, or video call.

  • Reports & Remedies: Delivered as PDF or document files to your registered email or WhatsApp number.

  • Plans & Designs: Shared digitally in PDF, image, or CAD file format, depending on the service.

  • Physical Shipping: We currently do not ship any physical products.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Astrology & Numerology Reports: 2–5 business days after receiving complete details.

  • Vastu Consultations & Remedies: 2–7 business days depending on complexity.

  • Plan & Design Services: 7–14 business days, based on the size of the project.

  • Express delivery (same day or 24-hour turnaround) may be available at an additional cost.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that you provide accurate birth details, property layouts, and contact information.

  • Delays due to missing or incorrect details will extend the delivery timeline.

4. Non-Delivery Situations

In rare cases where you do not receive your report/consultation:

  • Check your spam/junk email folder.

  • Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.

  • If we are unable to deliver within the promised time, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
